The Expos & More | La Crosse Wisconsin Photographer

Wow!  How the time has flown by!  I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to post in a while, but I promise, I'm back to it!  We have just been crazy busy, but not all of it was the fun stuff.  Preparing taxes, reorganizing the studio, updating our databases... you know, all the behind-the-scenes office work that just has to get done!  But, we did manage to squeeze in a few expos and they were super fun!  We got our Inside-Out-Photo Booth up and running again and had an awesome group of people stop by for a few fun shots!  Check out the albums on our Facebook (and the little peek here)!

Sneak Peek - L & G Wedding | Hillsboro Wisconsin Wedding Photographer

What a wonderful wedding this was!  You can just see in this image how much fun the entire wedding party was having and don't you just love those colors!  (I may be a bit biased - teal and brown are my favorite colors!)  The images are coming along great and with such a beautiful couple, it makes my job even easier!

The "Biggest Baby Show Ever" | La Crosse Wisconsin Family Photographer

Though I was unable to attend "The Biggest Baby Shower Ever" event at the Children's Museum in La Crosse this past Saturday because I was out shooting a wedding in Hillsboro, our marketing coordinator, Nicole, manned our booth and told me all about all the great moms, dads, and kids she met!  We can't wait to meet everyone in the future and look forward to selecting the winners of our drawing!  A free session, an 11x14 wall print, and a CD are all among the prizes that multiple registrants will be winning!  Plus, we have a great special that we offered to those who stopped by our booth involving our Facebook, so we can't wait to get to know everyone!  All in all, one very busy, but very fun weekend!  Now, it's off to bed before a very necessary day of rest on Monday!

The Photo Contest | Wisconsin Portrait Photographer

I entered this image into a photo contest through Photographer's Forum and received notice today that it was selected as a finalist!  It's going to be published in a limited edition book entitled Best of College Photography 2011!  I'm so honored and excited!  I thought all my readers and clients out there might like to hear the news as well!  (And a special thanks to Baby E and her family for their contribution - those little baby blues would win anyone over!)
